Before joining Argon & Co, Jean-François was in charge of the Industry & Life Sciences sector and a member of the Executive Committee at Capgemini Consulting. Previously, after starting out in strategy consulting at CVA, he co-founded Hemeria, a firm focused on operations performance, which was later integrated into Oliver Wyman. Jean-François Laget is a graduate of SupAero and holds an MBA from HEC.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Christophe Durcudoy has become a specialist in purchasing transformation projects and competitiveness projects in complex environments (turnarounds, restructuring, merger preparation, integration). Christophe has worked in many sectors (aerospace, defense, industry, consumer goods, distribution, and luxury goods). His expertise in competitiveness issues covers purchasing strategy, purchasing cost reduction plans, development strategy in low-cost countries, make-or-buy decisions, organizational restructuring, co-development with strategic suppliers, and more. Before joining Argon & Co, Christophe Durcurdoy was a manager at Capgemini working on purchasing projects. He is a graduate of HEC.
Fabrice Bonneau has over 30 years of experience in performance improvement projects (cost reduction, inventory reduction, service improvement) and supply chain transformation in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. An expert in operations planning, he is president of No Chain Technologies. Before joining Argon & Co, Fabrice Bonneau was a member of the Executive Committee at Capgemini Consulting, in charge of the Manufacturing Distribution Retail sector. Fabrice Bonneau is a graduate of École des Ponts and holds an agrégation in mathematics. He is also President of the ‘Supply Chain of the Future’ Chair at École des Ponts.
Over more than 25 years, Aldric Vignon has acquired expertise in competitiveness in a variety of areas: purchasing and supplier performance, the impact of digital technology, data management, and AI on organizations and supplier networks. Aldric works in a range of sectors (automotive, aeronautics, construction, insurance, healthcare, services) with SMEs, mid-cap companies, and international groups. He has supported carve-out and post-merger integration projects. He started his career at SAGEM in procurement and then industrial purchasing, was Business Manager at Masaï, before heading up the purchasing performance practice at BravoSolution. Aldric is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and the École des Ponts et Chaussées, where he teaches the fundamentals of purchasing and negotiation.
Bertrand Allard has over 25 years of experience enhancing the performance of finance and support functions. He has led numerous global transformation programs across the oil and gas, utilities, services, defense, aerospace, and telecommunications sectors.
His expertise includes optimizing shared services performance, outsourcing, integrating support functions during acquisitions, streamlining administrative and financial processes, reducing SG&A, and improving performance management.
Before joining Argon & Co, Bertrand was Vice President at Capgemini Consulting, where he led the Finance Transformation practice and the Shared Services offering.
He holds an MBA from Henley Business School, University of Reading (UK).
David Fernandez has over 15 years of expertise in operations transformation, particularly in the luxury, aerospace & defense, and MedTech sectors. He leads industrial performance projects, industrial planning practice transformation, and new product development projects throughout the entire transformation cycle, from strategic vision to implementation.
Previously, David worked at Louis Vuitton in Europe and the United States. His career then led him to OPEO, where, as Managing Director, he was responsible for launching the company’s Swiss office. David is a graduate of École des Ponts ParisTech and École Polytechnique in Madrid, and holds an Executive Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
With over 20 years of consulting experience, Donatien has developed expertise covering the entire operations value chain: purchasing, product development, production, supply chain, merchandising, and logistics. His multi-sector background has led him to work in a wide range of environments, with a strong focus in recent years on the luxury, fashion, and retail sectors (GSA, GSS).He spent five years as head of supply chain transformation for a major luxury brand. Donatien is a graduate of Centrale Paris.
Fabrice Corbière has over 30 years of experience in strategy and transformation consulting for supply chain and manufacturing. He works primarily in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and perfume, luxury goods, and make-to-order industries. He leads transformation projects, from strategy definition to implementation, on issues related to organization, processes, and supply chain planning and execution systems. Before joining Argon & Co, Fabrice Corbière was a partner at PEA Consulting and then at Capgemini Consulting. Fabrice Corbière is a graduate of Centrale Paris.
Franck Kakal has over 15 years of experience in strategy and operations transformation. He is an expert in supply chain and industrial operations performance and has led large-scale programs combining process redesign (S&OP, demand management, planning, inventory management, production and procurement, quality, etc.), organizational review, and data and digital levers. Franck has extensive knowledge of the life sciences sector, for which he is the sector manager at Argon & Co. He also works in the dermo-cosmetics, luxury goods, and fashion sectors. Franck is a graduate of Arts et Métiers (France) and the University of Queensland (Australia).
François Durieux has over 20 years of experience in operations performance consulting. He works on supply chain issues (S&OP, PDP, DRP, scheduling, inventory and work-in-progress optimization), manufacturing (Lean systems, quality systems, performance improvement), and maintenance (pricing, fleet management, TAT reduction, inventory management) in the aerospace and defense, small-batch manufacturing, capital goods, and consumer goods sectors. Before joining Argon & Co, François Durieux was Planning, ESS & Continuous Improvement Manager at a Pechiney site. He is a graduate of Ponts et Chaussées, and is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and APICS certified.
Jean-Charles Redon joined Argon & Co in January 2024 as a Partner in the Paris office. With over 20 years of consulting experience, Jean-Charles leads transformation, industrial strategy, and competitiveness projects in a wide range of sectors, including aerospace, energy, manufacturing, and consumer goods. Jean-Charles holds an MBA from London Business School and is an ICAM engineer.
Laure van Effenterre, who specializes in operations transformation with a strong focus on results (service, inventory, costs, CO2), supports her clients from the diagnostic and scoping phases through to the design, deployment, and sustainability of new operating methods (processes, organization, information systems & data, performance management).
A specialist in supply chain planning, logistics, customer service, and maintenance, she combines business expertise with the ability to drive sustainable transformation (program management, change management).

Before joining Argon & Co, Laurent was a partner at BearingPoint in the Retail & Consumer Goods team. He is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Paris, France, and Sciences-Po Paris, France.
Luigi Cirillo has over 20 years of experience in operations transformation, with expertise in the luxury, beauty, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods sectors. Specialist in complex supply chain issues—forecasting, S&OP, production and distribution planning—he also works on logistics and customer service optimization. His support covers the entire transformation cycle, from strategic diagnosis to operational implementation. Before joining Argon & Co, he worked as a manager at Capgemini Consulting. Luigi Cirillo is a graduate of LUISS Business School.
In 15 years as a Consultant, Mathieu de Nodrest has developed strong expertise in the fields of manufacturing and logistics strategy, supply chain planning, and logistics operations performance in the Automotive, Life Sciences, and Retail sectors. He has guided the Michelin group through a major transformation plan, from the preparation of entity service strategy, through to the implementation of new supply chain management processes and demand planning. Mathieu is a graduate of Mines ParisTech, France.
Nicolas Gellé has over 20 years’ experience in supply chain and logistics consulting. He manages supply chain transformation plans, performance plans (cost-cutting, working capital requirement improvement), and outsourcing projects in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Services, and Luxury Goods sectors. Before joining Argon & Co, Nicolas was responsible for manufacturing at Valtech Axelboss, which he co-founded. Previously, he worked at Moulinex as Supply Chain Director, and at Ouroumoff and CSC Peat Marwick. He is a graduate of École Centrale de Lille, France.
Patrick Legris has developed, over more than 25 years of consulting, strong expertise in optimizing operations and supply chain performance for international companies. He has thus managed and led the implementation of numerous projects in various sectors of Industry and Energy. He has also been in charge of major transformation projects, such as industrial strategy, restructuring, and merger/integration projects. Before joining Argon & Co, Patrick Legris was a Principal at Capgemini Consulting in the Industry sector. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and AgroParisTech.
Renaud Texcier has over 15 years of experience in organizational strategy and transformation. He supports senior management teams in their transformation projects, both in the strategic and implementation phases, to deliver tangible results. He has extensive expertise in competitiveness plans, the optimization of support and commercial functions (SG&A), and organizational transformation. Renaud is a graduate of Arts et Métiers ParisTech and holds a specialized master’s degree from ESSEC.
Robin Cellard joined Argon & Co in 2025 as a Partner in the Paris office. With over 12 years of consulting experience and 5 years in operational roles (Quality, Production, Planning) at a leather goods workshop in the United States, Robin leads projects focused on industrial performance, planning practice transformation, and new product development.
He works in a wide range of sectors, including luxury goods, aeronautics, process industries, and pharmaceuticals.
Thierry Lucas has nearly 30 years of experience in supply chain and manufacturing consulting in international environments, in the aerospace, automotive, industrial, and luxury goods sectors. He leads transformation projects, from diagnosis and target design to implementation, across all supply chain processes (forecasting, S&OP, DRP, implementation, PDP, scheduling, supplier performance, industrial and logistics performance). He is also CIO of the Argon & Co group and No Chain Technologies. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Agro Paris Tech.
Yannick heads up Strategy and Sustainable Development at Argon & Co.
He has held senior positions in retail (Casino Group: Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Purchasing Officer) and e-commerce (Amazon, Director of Consumables). He has been an entrepreneur twice (food, consulting) and started his career at McKinsey & Company.
Yannick is a graduate of HEC Paris and the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS).
Adrien has been working in operational performance consulting since 2011, developing his expertise in upstream supply chain issues (S&OP, supply and industrial planning, inventory management), industrial strategy and performance (footprint, make-or-buy, operational excellence) and competitiveness. He has worked in particular in small-batch industries (rail, aerospace/defense) and brings his knowledge of after-sales markets to the table.
Adrien is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Lyon.
A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Mines de Paris, Alexandre has 20 years of experience in supply chain management, both in consulting and operations.
He has worked with companies of various sizes, including Nestlé and L’Oréal, in head office and factory roles, both in France and internationally.
Alexandre has led transformation programs to improve operational performance, with a strong focus on team support.
He has also worked on supply chain and logistics projects at both the strategic level (operational planning, S&OP) and the operational level (crisis management, warehouse reorganization).

Alexis Leturcq has spent over 20 years managing transformation projects in the Energy sector. These have included the opening of the market to competition, the development of smart grids, energy transition, and regulatory developments. His expertise includes organizational overhaul, process transformation, and the harmonization of IT systems in business-critical areas. Alexis holds a PhD.
Antoine, a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and Mines de Paris, has nearly 20 years of experience in Logistics and Supply Chain, in Consulting and Operations (particularly as Supply Chain Director for a furniture and decoration retailer).
He has developed strong expertise in logistics across a wide range of areas: defining logistics strategy (service offering, route to market, logistics plan, automation opportunity study), performance improvement (diagnosis, action plan definition, logistics planning improvement with AI, logistics and transport tenders), and logistics transformation implementation (warehouse opening, automated solutions implementation).
Antoine supports clients in the FMCG, distribution, and luxury goods sectors.
Arnaud Meunier has led numerous transformation and performance projects in maintenance, production, and supply chain over nearly 30 years of consulting. He has extensive knowledge of the rail, energy, and process industries. Before joining Argon & Co, Arnaud Meunier worked at Saint-Gobain in manufacturing and R&D, then in consulting at Capgemini Consulting. He is a graduate of the École Polytechnique and the École des Mines de Paris.
Benjamin joined Argon & Co after several years in operational roles at Renault in the after-sales supply chain. He has led numerous transformations, mainly in downstream supply chain, from diagnosis and strategy to concrete improvements in the field. He is an expert in service offering (strategy, implementation, reliability), customer service, the circular economy, and sustainable transformation. Benjamin also has extensive knowledge of the automotive and luxury goods sectors. He is a graduate of Mines ParisTech, where he is a regular lecturer. He is certified in several sustainability tools (green belt in climate change, etc.).
Benoît de Saint Victor has over 20 years of experience in supply chain and operations consulting. He has built his expertise around supply chain planning (forecasting, DRP, implementation, inventory, S&OP, PDP), and also works on service offering and industrial performance issues. He has led diagnostic and transformation projects for a wide range of clients (cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, automotive/equipment manufacturers, defense, rail, agri-food, luxury goods, steel, transportation, etc.). Benoît is a graduate of Ponts et Chaussées.
Carmela has over 30 years of experience in logistics, first in operations at a service provider and then in consulting. At Argon&Co, she has led numerous projects to improve operational performance in both transport and logistics in a variety of sectors, including distribution, consumer goods, manufacturing, logistics services, and luxury goods. Carmela has developed strong expertise in information systems, enabling her to support her clients in large-scale transformation projects, from defining the IS strategy to implementing the target.
Cécile is a graduate of ENSTA and has nearly 15 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, and customer service. She began her career at Argon & Co before joining L’Oréal, where she held several positions of responsibility, notably as Customer Service & 3PL Manager and Supply & Demand Manager. She then returned to Argon & Co to capitalize her operational experience.
Cécile now supports her clients on a variety of issues, with expertise in the cosmetics, life sciences, and food service sectors.
Christophe has been supporting companies in transforming their supply chains and operations internationally for over 20 years. He began his career at Baxter Healthcare, where he developed a strong understanding of operational challenges in the pharmaceutical industry. He works with large corporations and mid-sized companies across complex sectors such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, aerospace, and defense. Christophe designs and leads transformation programs that combine operational strategy, planning and execution excellence, organizational redesign, and the alignment of information systems with business priorities. He holds an MBA from ESSEC, is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, APICS CPIM certified, and a Demand Driven Planner instructor.
Christophe has 12 years of experience in consulting. He spent 6 years with Capgemini Invent before joining Argon & Co in 2016 and being one of the pioneers of the Finance and SG&A offerings. He works on projects to improve the performance of support functions – with a predilection for the Finance function – whether during the strategic study and diagnosis stages with a review of the organisational model, or the implementation of new processes, in a Shared Services Centre environment for example. Christophe is a graduate of EDHEC and EADA.
Damien has been with Argon & Co for nearly 15 years, where he has developed in-depth expertise in supply chain and logistics: operational diagnostics, master plans, flow and warehouse optimization, and site start-up. Convinced that operational transformation is the key lever for addressing sustainability challenges, he has been leading the firm’s sustainability offering for several years. In this capacity, he assists companies in defining and implementing decarbonization strategies (emissions reduction, low-carbon logistics, training, etc.) and in deploying circular economy models (second-hand goods, recycling channels, etc.).
With over 20 years of experience, Eric Elkouby supports companies in the luxury, retail, and consumer goods sectors with their purchasing and product development challenges. He works on purchasing optimization, sourcing, operational efficiency, and reducing time-to-market. He also oversees the digitization of product development processes and the implementation of PLM solutions to strengthen collaboration and organizational performance.
Before joining Argon & Co, Eric Elkouby was a manager at Capgemini Consulting. An engineering graduate of INPG, he also holds a master’s degree in Innovation Management from Paris Dauphine University.
Over the last 10 years at Argon & Co, Fabrice has developed a deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain optimisation. He has supported his clients in various value chain processes: sales forecasting, inventory reduction, customer service, supply and production planning, services and logistics strategy. He has also led several supply chain transformation programmes, particularly in the Food and Beverage sector. Fabrice graduated from Centrale Lille and TU München as an Engineer and has a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School.
Over the course of 20 years of experience in Operational Excellence consulting, François Parizot has developed his skills in Logistics (master plans, warehouse and transport performance), Supply Planning (from S&OP to scheduling) and Industrial Strategy (master plans, make or buy and industrial performance). He has led projects in these areas in the luxury goods, cosmetics, retail, and manufacturing industries. François continues to develop the Manufacturing offering Argon & Co. Before joining Argon & Co, François worked for eight years at Deloitte. He is a graduate of CentraleSupelec.
Frédéric Chapuis has over 25 years of experience in improving the performance of financial functions. He works with finance departments both in the early stages of analysis and recommendation and in the implementation phases to deliver tangible results. He has extensive expertise in financial IT systems, from providing support in the selection, design, and implementation of ERP and BI finance solutions. Frédéric has supported major multinationals in the industrial and service sectors. He is a graduate of the University of Grenoble/Glasgow.
Guilhem led supply chain transformation projects for several years before joining the IRIS by Argon & Co team as Data & AI Project Manager. He now heads up the IRIS by Argon & Co team in France, bringing extensive expertise in the scoping, design, development, and deployment of data and AI use cases applied to operations (supply chain, logistics, purchasing, and manufacturing). He works in a variety of B2B and B2C sectors and has extensive experience in Data & AI solutions (Modern Data Stack, Cloud platforms, Data Science, MLOps, LLMs, AI Agents, etc.).
Isabelle Hautant has over 15 years’ experience in consultancy and operational positions. Isabelle has developed expertise in the supply chain and logistics fields through managing numerous performance improvement projects in the Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Textiles, and Retail sectors. Prior to joining Argon & Co, Isabelle worked in the Methods Department at Hays Logistics (Kuehne et Nagel). She is a graduate of Arts et Métiers ParisTech, France.
Jean-Pierre Pellé has worked for nearly 30 years as a consultant on numerous projects related to purchasing competitiveness and program management in industries such as aerospace and defense, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and energy. He has led projects focused on cost reduction, optimization of international organizations, operating models, and Design to Value. Jean-Pierre began his career in industry at Thales (aerospace and defense) and Bosch (automotive) in purchasing and project management positions. He is a graduate of INSA Lyon and holds an MBA.
Jonathan has over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, both in consulting and in operations. For more than 20 years, he has been advising various sectors—heavy industry, chemicals, agri-food, defense—on operational performance, helping them optimize their processes, improve their industrial efficiency, and manage change. His approach focuses on achieving sustainable results by mobilizing teams and adapting improvement levers to the specificities of each environment. He draws on his strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma applied to manufacturing, maintenance, and product development. He is a graduate of ICAM, Ruhr-Universität, and IAE.
With over 40 years of experience, Paul spent more than 20 years in industry and financial services at General Electric, followed by nearly 20 years in consulting. Specializing in the design and implementation of Operational Excellence programs, he has led numerous projects focused on increasing capacity, productivity, and quality in manufacturing operations in the assembly, process, batch, heavy industry, and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors around the world. A trainer, coach, project and program manager, he was a Master Black Belt at GE.
Perrine Artigou, a graduate of CentraleSupélec, has over 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, both in consulting and in operations at Amazon.
She has developed strong expertise in logistics strategy, service design, distribution network optimization, performance improvement, and the implementation of transformation projects.
Perrine also specializes in forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.

Sabine Cousin has over 20 years of experience in transformation strategy consulting and change management.
She helps companies design and manage complex strategic programs and is involved in all phases—from initiation to execution—to promote adoption, strengthen collective performance, and ensure the lasting success of transformations. She understands the challenges of human and cultural factors in companies and knows how to motivate both executive committees and the entire organization through innovative approaches.
Before joining the consulting firm, Sabine held several HR director positions internationally and in France.
With a postgraduate degree from Paris Cité University, Safia has over 20 years of experience in strategy and transformation of support functions, particularly in human resources. She has a mixed background, having worked as an HR manager for six years and as a consultant at Capgemini Consulting for 13 years. Her expertise in performance issues covers organizational redesign, restructuring, carve-outs and post-acquisition integrations, shared services, and digital transformation. Safia works in international contexts for large groups in the services, energy, and industrial sectors.
Thibaut Dyen has nearly 15 years of experience in operations, including 10 years in consulting.
