Yvan Salamon

Yvan Salamon est, depuis plus de 20 ans, responsable et directement engagé dans des missions de mise en performance des opérations (coûts, cash flow) et de stratégie industrielle et logistique, dans les secteurs de l’Industrie et de la Distribution. Avant de fonder Argon Groupe, Yvan Salamon était membre du Board chez Hays Logistics Group (Kuehne & Nagel), en charge des méthodes et de l’organisation. Auparavant, il travaillait chez CGC en tant que directeur d’usines et chez Mars & Co en conseil en stratégie. Yvan Salamon est diplômé des Ponts et Chaussées.

Christophe Durcudoy

Christophe Durcudoy est devenu en près de 20 ans d’expérience, spécialiste des projets de transformation des Achats et des projets de compétitivité dans les environnements complexes (retournement, restructuration, préparation de fusion, intégration). Christophe est intervenu dans de nombreux secteurs d’activité (Aérospace, Défense, Industrie, Grande consommation, Distribution et Luxe). Son expertise des thématiques de compétitivité couvre la stratégie Achats, les plans de réduction des coûts Achats, la stratégie de développement dans les pays à bas coûts, le Make or Buy, la refonte des organisations, le co-développement avec des fournisseurs stratégiques… Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Christophe Durcurdoy était Manager chez Capgemini sur les projets Achats. Il est diplômé de HEC.

Jean-François Laget

Jean-François Laget est un spécialiste des programmes de compétitivité, avec une focalisation sur la performance de la chaîne des opérations dans les secteurs de l’Industrie (auto, aéro, ferroviaire, matériaux…) le Luxe et la Pharmacie. Jean-François Laget a plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le conseil. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Jean-François Laget était en charge du secteur Industry & Life Science et membre du Comité de Direction chez Capgemini Consulting. Auparavant, après un démarrage dans le conseil en stratégie chez CVA, il avait co-fondé le cabinet Hemeria, focalisé sur la performance des opérations, intégré par la suite au cabinet Oliver Wyman. Jean-François Laget est diplômé de SupAero et du MBA HEC

Fabrice Bonneau

Fabrice Bonneau a plus de 20 ans d’expérience des projets d’amélioration de la performance (réduction des coûts, réduction des stocks, amélioration du service) et de transformation de la Supply Chain, dans les secteurs de l’Industrie et de la Distribution. Il a également mené des missions de stratégie des opérations (gouvernance et organisation Supply Chain, stratégie de service, schéma industriel ou logistique) et de schéma directeur de systèmes d’information. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Fabrice Bonneau était membre du Comité de Direction chez Capgemini Consulting, en charge du secteur Manufacturing Distribution Retail. Auparavant, il était l’un des fondateurs de PEA Consulting. Fabrice Bonneau est diplômé des Ponts et Chaussées et agrégé de mathématiques. Il est par ailleurs Président du département Génie Industriel de l’Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées.

Aldric Vignon

Aldric Vignon a acquis, en près de 20 ans, un savoir-faire unique autour des projets de transformation des Achats et de l’impact du digital sur les achats et les réseaux de fournisseurs. Aldric est intervenu dans de nombreux secteurs d’activité (Automobile, BTP, Aérospace, Défense, Services et Distribution). Au-delà des thèmes liés aux achats (stratégie famille, développement fournisseur, agilité des organisations, refonte des processus), il a développé une forte expertise autour des changements de modèles d’achats induits par la révolution digitale. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Aldric Vignon a débuté sa carrière chez SAGEM en charge des approvisionnements puis des achats de sites industriels, était Business Manager chez Masaï, puis a pris la direction de la Practice de conseil en performance achat de BravoSolution. Aldric Vignon est diplômé de l’Ecole Polytechnique et des Ponts et Chaussées.

Bertrand Allard

Bertrand Allard a plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans l’amélioration de la performance des fonctions financières et Support. Il a dirigé de nombreuses missions de transformation à l’échelle mondiale, surtout dans les secteurs Oil & Gas, Utilities, Services, Aerospace et Télécommunications. Ses domaines d’expertise sont notamment l’amélioration de la performance des shared services, l’outsourcing, l’intégration des fonctions support dans le cadre d’acquisitions, l’optimisation des processus administratifs et financiers, la réduction des SG&A, le pilotage de la performance. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Bertrand Allard était Vice-Président chez Capgemini Consulting en charge de la practice Transformation Finance et de l’offre Shared Services. Bertrand Allard est titulaire du MBA Henley Business School, University of Reading au Royaume Uni.

Donatien Mathias

Donatien a développé, en plus de 17 ans de conseil, une expertise sur de nombreux domaines supply chain : achat, supply planning, merchandise planning, logistique. Riche d’une expérience multisectorielle, il a travaillé plus particulièrement ces dernières années dans les secteurs du luxe, du textile et de la distribution (GSA, GSS). Au sein de ce parcours, il a notamment passé 5 années en tant que responsable du pôle supply chain du conseil interne d’une grande maison de luxe. Donatien est diplômé de Centrale Paris.

Fabrice Corbière

Fabrice Corbière a plus de 20 ans d’expérience en conseil en Supply Chain, dans les secteurs Aérospace, Industrie de petites séries, Automobile, Pharmaceutique, Grande consommation et Luxe. Il mène des projets de transformation, depuis la définition de la stratégie jusqu’à l’accompagnement, sur des problématiques de gouvernance Supply Chain, planification flux / stock / capacité, schéma directeur industriel et logistique et optimisation de la performance logistique. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Fabrice Corbière était Associé chez PEA Consulting puis chez Capgemini Consulting, où il était en charge de la practice Supply Chain. Fabrice Corbière est diplômé de Centrale Paris.

Franck Kakal

Diplômé des Arts et Métiers, Franck Kakal a rejoint Argon & Co en 2010. Au cours de ces 10 années, il a développé des compétences de pilotage de programmes de transformation des Opérations et a acquis une expertise particulière sur la planification et l’exécution industrielles, notamment dans les secteurs Lifesciences et Dermo-cosmétique parfums.  Intervenant depuis les phases de diagnostic et cadrage jusqu’à la conception et mise en œuvre des nouveaux processus et organisations, Franck contribue à développer l’offre d’Argon & Co sur les opérations de la Supply Chain amont ainsi que notre présence dans le secteur Lifesciences.

François Durieux

François Durieux a plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans le conseil en performance des opérations. Il travaille sur des problématiques Supply Chain (S&OP, PDP, DRP, ordonnancement, gestion de stock) de Manufacturing (système Lean, système Qualité, amélioration de la performance) ainsi que de Maintenance (Pricing, Pilotage des flottes, Reduction du TAT, Pilotage des stocks) dans les secteurs de l’Aéronautique-Défense, les biens d’équipement et la Grande consommation. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, François Durieux était Responsable Planification, ESS & Progrès Continu sur un site Pechiney, puis Manager chez BearingPoint. Il est diplômé des Ponts et Chaussées, certifié Lean Six Sigma Black Belt et APICS.

Jean-Charles Redon

Jean-Charles Redon a rejoint Argon & Co en janvier 2024 en tant que Partner du bureau de Paris. Avec plus de 20 années d’expérience dans le conseil, Jean-Charles pilote des projets de transformation et de compétitivité et ce dans de nombreux secteurs d’activité tels que l’aéronautique, l’énergie, l’industrie, la grande consommation. Jean-Charles est diplômé de la London Business School (MBA) et est ingénieur ICAM.

Laure van Effenterre

Laure a développé une forte expertise dans le pilotage de larges programmes de transformation des opérations en France et à l’international. En intervenant depuis les phases de diagnostic et stratégie jusqu’à la conception et mise en œuvre des nouveaux modes de fonctionnement, elle combine capacité de transformation et expertise métier dans les domaines Supply Chain et Field Services.

Elle a notamment contribué à des projets de refonte des processus, organisations et à l’évolution des Systèmes d’Information sur les volets Supply Chain Planning (gestion de stock, prévisions, S&OP, planification de production…), Service Clients (stratégie de service, gestion de la relation clients, SAV…) et Logistique (schéma logistique, entreposage…). Elle est intervenue dans de nombreux secteurs d’activité (Automobile, Agroalimentaire, Energie, Pharmaceutique, Services, Distribution, Textile…). Laure van Effenterre est diplômée de l’Ecole des Ponts ParisTech.

Laurent de Bourmont

Laurent de Bourmont est responsable, depuis près de 20 ans, de missions d’optimisation de la gestion de l’Offre et de la Supply Chain dans des environnements industriels (Grande consommation, Textile, Luxe) et de distribution (GSA, GSS, e-commerce). Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Laurent de Bourmont était Partner chez BearingPoint, au sein de l’équipe Retail & Consumer Goods. Laurent de Bourmont est diplômé de HEC et de Sciences Po Paris.

Luigi Cirillo

Luigi Cirillo a plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans les projets de transformation de la Supply Chain, dans les secteurs de l’Automobile, de la Pharmaceutique, de la Grande consommation et du Luxe. Il est spécialiste de la Supply Chain Planning (prévisions, S&OP, DRP, déploiement, PDP, ordonnancement, gestion de stock), depuis les phases de diagnostic jusqu‘à la mise en œuvre. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Luigi Cirillo était Manager chez Capgemini Consulting. Il est diplômé de la LUISS Business School.

Mathieu de Nodrest

Mathieu de Nodrest a développé, en plus de 15 ans de conseil, une forte expertise sur les problématiques de stratégie industrielle et logistique, de planification Supply Chain et de performance des opérations logistiques dans les secteurs Automobile, Pharmaceutique et Distribution. Il a notamment accompagné le groupe Michelin dans un large programme de transformation, depuis l’élaboration de la stratégie de service des entités jusqu’à la mise en œuvre de nouveaux processus de pilotage Supply Chain et de gestion de la demande. Mathieu de Nodrest est diplômé des Mines de Paris.

Nicolas Gellé

Nicolas Gellé a plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le conseil en Supply Chain et Logistique. Il pilote des programmes de transformation de la Supply Chain, des plans de performance (réduction des coûts, amélioration du BFR) et des projets d’externalisation, dans les secteurs de la Grande consommation, de la Distribution, des Services et du Luxe. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Nicolas Gellé était en charge du pôle Industrie au sein de Valtech Axelboss dont il fut l’un des fondateurs. Auparavant, il travaillait chez Moulinex en tant que directeur Supply Chain, chez Ouroumoff et CSC Peat Marwick. Nicolas Gellé est diplômé de Centrale Lille

Patrick Legris

Patrick Legris a développé, en près de 20 ans de conseil, une forte expertise en Supply Chain et en optimisation des opérations pour des sociétés internationales. Il a défini et piloté la mise en œuvre de nombreux projets d’amélioration significative de la performance dans les secteurs de l’Industrie et de l’Energie. Il a également pris en charge des projets de transformation majeurs, tels que des projets de stratégie industrielle, restructuration et fusion / intégration. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Patrick Legris était Principal chez Capgemini Consulting, dans le secteur Industrie. Il est diplômé de l’Ecole Polytechnique et de l’AgroParisTech.

Renaud Durand

Renaud Durand a acquis, en près de 20 ans de conseil et d’industrie, une expertise unique autour des projets de transformation et de compétitivité en développement produit et en achat. Renaud est intervenu dans de nombreux secteurs dont l’Aérospatial et la Défense, le Ferroviaire et l’Industrie générale. Au-delà de l’amélioration de la compétitivité des produits, Renaud intègre les dimensions de change management et d’écoconception dans ses projets. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Renaud Durand travaillait chez Airbus Defense & Space (UK) en tant que Directeur Achat puis en conseil en tant que Directeur chez PwC Strategy&, Associate Partner chez Bain & Co. Il est titulaire d’un doctorat de Supaéro / Vanderbilt University (USA) et d’un diplôme d’ingénieur des Mines d’Albi.

Thierry Lucas

Thierry Lucas a près de 20 ans d’expérience en conseil en Supply Chain et Manufacturing dans des environnements internationaux, dans les secteurs de l’Aérospace, l’Automobile, l’Industrie et le Luxe. ̣Il mène des projets de transformation, depuis le diagnostic et la conception de la cible jusqu’à leur mise en œuvre, sur l’ensemble des processus de la Supply Chain (prévisions, S&OP, DRP, déploiement, PDP, ordonnancement, performance fournisseur, performance industrielle et logistique). Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Thierry Lucas était Directeur chez PEA Consulting puis chez Capgemini Consulting. Il est diplômé de l’Ecole Polytechnique et de l’Agro Paris Tech.

Yannick Migotto

Yannick dirige notre expertise Développement durable. Il aide nos clients à faire du développement durable un avantage compétitif en bâtissant des transformations qui marchent. Il pratique la transformation durable depuis plus de 20 ans. Yannick a été cadre dirigeant dans la Grande distribution et le e-commerce : il a dirigé les activités Grande consommation d’Amazon en France et du Groupe Casino. Il a déployé des projets d’innovation à grande échelle pour améliorer la qualité de ce que l’on mange (ex. : être le premier distributeur à supprimer l’huile de palme des produits à marque propre) et pour réduire drastiquement l’empreinte carbone de nos courses alimentaires. Yannick a été entrepreneur : il a fait grandir une startup de préparations culinaires bio et veggie qui a été plusieurs fois primée pour son excellence durable. Il dispose également de 12 ans d’expérience du conseil : il a pratiqué la stratégie chez McKinsey & Company durant ses 7 premières années de carrière, et au sein de son propre cabinet de conseil en innovation alimentaire pendant 5 ans. Yannick est diplômé d’HEC Paris et du Community of European Management Schools (CEMS).

Alexandre Starck

Diplômé de l’Ecole Polytechnique et de l’Ecole des Mines de Paris, Alexandre a 20 ans d’expérience en Supply Chain, à la fois dans le conseil et dans l’opérationnel.

Il a travaillé auprès d’entreprises de tailles variables, dont Nestlé et L’Oréal, dans des fonctions Siège et Usine, en France et à l’International.

Alexandre y a notamment conduit des programmes de transformations pour améliorer durablement la performance des Opérations et les compétences des équipes.

Il a également travaillé sur des sujets logistiques, tant sur les niveaux stratégiques (schéma opérationnel, décarbonation) qu’opérationnels (gestion de crise).

Alexandre contribuera au sein d’Argon & Co au développement l’offre Agroalimentaire.

Alexis Leturq

Alexis Leturcq conduit, depuis plus de 20 ans, des projets de transformation dans le secteur de l’Energie : ouverture du marché à la concurrence, développement des smartgrids, transition énergétique, évolutions réglementaires… Son expertise couvre la refonte des organisations, la transformation des processus, l’alignement des systèmes d’information sur les enjeux métiers. Alexis Leturcq est titulaire d’un Doctorat.

Antoine Blatt

Diplômé de l’Ecole Polytechnique et de l’Ecole des Mines de Paris, Antoine a 13 ans d’expérience sur des projets de transformation et d’optimisation de la Supply Chain à la fois dans le conseil et dans l’opérationnel. Antoine a travaillé chez Danone au début de son parcours professionnel et plus récemment chez Fly en tant que Directeur Supply Chain ; il a, également, travaillé chez Accenture. Il connaît bien les secteurs de la distribution et de l’industrie des PGC. Antoine a surtout travaillé sur des sujets logistiques, sur lesquels il possède une forte expertise. Il a donc rejoint Argon & Co, afin de contribuer au renforcement de l’offre logistique mais aussi de développer des sujets innovants, comme notamment l’usage de la Data Science dans la logistique.

Arnaud Meunier

Arnaud Meunier a mené, en près de 20 ans de conseil, de nombreux projets de transformation sur des problématiques Manufacturing, Supply Chain et Maintenance dans les secteurs de la Défense, du Ferroviaire et de l’Industrie de process. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Arnaud Meunier travaillait chez Saint-Gobain en fabrication et R&D puis en conseil chez Capgemini Consulting. Il est diplômé de l’Ecole Polytechnique et des Mines de Paris.

Benjamin Grise

Benjamin a rejoint Argon & Co en 2013 après 3 ans passés dans l’opérationnel chez Renault en Supply Chain dans le domaine de l’après-vente. Il intervient principalement sur des transformations en Supply Chain aval, et a acquis une expertise en stratégie de service, et outils digitaux du transport. Il est à l’initiative du déploiement des ateliers de la fresque du climat au sein d’Argon & Co. Il construit par ailleurs l’offre économie circulaire.

Benoit de saint Victor

Benoît de Saint Victor a plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans le conseil en Supply Chain et Opérations. Il a construit son expertise autour du Supply Chain Planning (prévisions, DRP, déploiement, stocks, S&OP, PDP), et intervient également sur des problématiques d’offre de service ou de performance industrielle. Il a conduit des projets de diagnostic et de transformation pour une large palette de clients (Pharma, Auto / Équipementiers, Défense, Ferroviaire, Agroalimentaire, Luxe / Cosmétique, Sidérurgie, Transport, etc.). Benoît est diplômé des Ponts et Chaussées.

Carmela Vernet

Carmela a plus de 30 années d’expérience en logistique, d’abord en opérationnel chez un prestataire puis dans le conseil lorsqu’elle a rejoint Argon & Co en 2001. Elle a développé une expertise en SI logistique : stratégie SI, diagnostics et leviers d’amélioration, assistance au choix de solutions, plans de transformation. Au-delà des SI, Carmela intervient également sur des sujets d’optimisation de la performance opérationnelle, tant sur le plan transport qu’entrepôt. Elle a travaillé aussi bien dans le secteur du retail : grande distribution et distribution spécialisée, mais aussi dans le secteur de l’industrie et du luxe.

Christophe Alagapin

Christophe Alagapin conduit depuis plus de 20 ans des projets de transformation dans le domaine de la supply chain et du manufacturing. Il intervient dans des contextes internationaux pour le compte de grands groupes et d’ETI des secteurs l’Industrie Pharmaceutique, du Luxe, de l’Aéronautique et de la Défense et des industries manufacturières. Son expertise couvre la stratégie opérationnelle, les processus de planification et d’exécution, la refonte des organisations, l’alignement des systèmes d’information sur les enjeux métier. Christophe est titulaire d’un Executive MBA de l’ESSEC, certifié Lean Six Sigma Green Belt et APICS et est instructeur Demand Driven Planner.

Christophe Crégut

Christophe a 12 ans d’expérience dans le conseil. Il a passé 6 ans au sein de Capgemini Invent avant de rejoindre Argon & Co en 2016 et être l’un des pionniers des offres Finance et SG&A. Il intervient sur des projets d’amélioration de la performance des fonctions support – avec une prédilection pour la fonction Finance – que ce soit lors des étapes d’ étude et diagnostic stratégiques avec revue de modèle organisationnel, ou de mise en œuvre des nouveaux processus, dans un environnement de Centres de Services Partagés par exemple. Christophe est diplômé de l’EDHEC et de l’EADA.

Damien Mary

Damien évolue depuis 12 ans chez Argon & Co, où il a pu développer une expertise en Supply Chain et Logistique (diagnostic Supply Chain, schéma directeur logistique, optimisation des opérations). Convaincu que c’est en transformant leurs opérations que les entreprises réussiront le défi de la Durabilité, il est en charge depuis 3 ans de l’offre Sustainability d’Argon & Co avec des réalisations en stratégie de réduction des impacts environnementaux auprès d’acteurs du secteur du Luxe, de formation aux impacts dus au changement climatique, de décarbonisation du transport et d’économie circulaire.

Eric Elkouby

Eric Elkouby a développé, au cours des 15 dernières années, une expertise forte en matière d’optimisation des achats et de réduction des coûts. Il a mené de nombreux projets de compétitivité achats dans l’industrie, les services ou l’univers du luxe. Dans le secteur de la distribution, il accompagne également ses clients autour de problématiques de stratégies de sourcing, de construction d’offre et de développement produits. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co en 2012, Eric Elkouby a été Manager chez Capgemini Consulting. Ingénieur diplômé de l’INPG, il a également obtenu un master à l’université Paris Dauphine.

Fabrice Payet

Au cours de ces 10 années au sein du cabinet, Fabrice a développé une expertise sur l’optimisation de la Supply Chain de bout-en-bout. Il intervient sur des problématiques variées qui concernent l’ensemble de la chaine de valeur : prévisions de vente, service client, optimisation des stocks, planification industrielle, approvisionnement et stratégie de services et logistique. Il a également mené plusieurs projets de transformation Supply Chain pour différents industriels, en particulier dans l’agroalimentaire. Ingénieur de formation, diplômé de Centrale Lille et de la TU München, il a également obtenu un Master Spécialisé à l’ESSEC.

Florian Richetta

Florian évolue depuis plus d’une dizaine d’année au sein du cabinet Argon & Co. Au cours de son parcours, il a développé une expertise sur des problématiques de Supply Chain End-to-End (Prévisions, DRP, S&OP, PDP, Merchandising Planning…). Il intervient principalement sur des programmes de transformation dans des secteurs variés (Luxe, Lifescience, Dermo-cosmétique, Industrie…). Ces expériences lui ont permis d’acquérir une forte connaissance de certains outils Supply Chain et notamment les EPM qui lui permet de contribuer au développement du cabinet sur ces sujets. Florian est diplômé de l’Ecole Centrale Paris.

Florian Saucias

Florian Saucias a plus 10 ans d’expérience dans le conseil en Supply Chain. Il mène de grands projets de transformation, obtenant des résultats concrets, en alliant expertises métiers (PIC, PDP, ordo appro), connaissance détaillée des ERP (SAP, M3….) et mise en place de démarches et process en rupture (Argon Agile MRP). Il est intervenu dans de nombreux secteurs d’activité : Aéronautique, automobile, luxe, pharma, dermo-cosmétique, textile… Florian Saucias est diplômé des Ponts et Chaussées.

François Parizot

Au cours des 13 années d’expérience dans le conseil en Excellence Opérationnelle, François Parizot a développé ses compétences en Logistique (schémas directeurs, performance entrepôts et transport), Supply Planning (du S&OP à l’ordonnancement) ainsi qu’en Stratégie Industrielle (schémas directeurs, make or buy et performance industrielle). Il a mené ces sujets dans les secteurs du luxe et de la cosmétique, du retail et des industries manufacturières. François continue à développer l’offre Manufacturing et participe à la croissance de l’équipe au sein d’Argon & Co. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, François a travaillé 8 ans chez Deloitte. Il est diplômé de CentraleSupelec.

Frederic Chapuis

Frédéric Chapuis a 20 ans d’expérience dans l’amélioration de la performance des fonctions financières et support. Frédéric a une double expérience en tant que directeur de la transformation finance au sein du groupe Lagardère Active et en tant que consultant au sein du cabinet Capgemini Consulting. Frédéric a aussi construit une expertise reconnue dans l’accompagnement au choix, design et implémentation de solutions ERP et BI Finance. Frédéric a accompagné de grandes multinationales dans les secteurs de l’Industrie et du Service. Il est diplômé de l’Université de Grenoble/Glasgow.

Guilhem Delorme

Guilhem a mené des projets de transformation de la Supply Chain pendant plusieurs années avant de rejoindre l’équipe d’IRIS by Argon & Co en tant que manager de Projets Data, puis en tant que Responsable de l’équipe. Il dirige les phases de conception, de construction, de déploiement et d’exécution des cas d’usage basées sur la Data appliquée à la Supply Chain et la logistique (Business Intelligence, modèles de Machine Learning, Enterprise Data platform

Isabelle Hautant

Isabelle Hautant a plus de 15 ans d’expérience en Supply Chain et Logistique, dans le conseil et dans des postes opérationnels. Elle a piloté de nombreux projets d’amélioration de la performance dans les secteurs de l’Industrie, de la Grande consommation, du Textile et de la Distribution. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Isabelle travaillait au sein du département méthodes de Hays Logistics (Kuehne et Nagel). Elle est diplômée des Arts & Métiers.

Jean-Pierre Pellé

Jean-Pierre Pellé a travaillé, en près de 20 ans de conseil, sur de nombreux projets de compétitivité, de performance Achats, d’efficacité de l’ingénierie et de management de programme, dans l’Industrie et l’Energie.
