Yvan Salamon est, depuis plus de 20 ans, responsable et directement engagé dans des missions de mise en performance des opérations (coûts, cash flow) et de stratégie industrielle et logistique, dans les secteurs de l’Industrie et de la Distribution. Avant de fonder Argon Groupe, Yvan Salamon était membre du Board chez Hays Logistics Group (Kuehne & Nagel), en charge des méthodes et de l’organisation. Auparavant, il travaillait chez CGC en tant que directeur d’usines et chez Mars & Co en conseil en stratégie. Yvan Salamon est diplômé des Ponts et Chaussées.

Christophe est intervenu dans de nombreux secteurs d’activité (Aérospace, Défense, Industrie, Grande consommation, Distribution et Luxe). Son expertise des thématiques de compétitivité couvre la stratégie Achats, les plans de réduction des coûts Achats, la stratégie de développement dans les pays à bas coûts, le Make or Buy, la refonte des organisations, le co-développement avec des fournisseurs stratégiques… Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Christophe Durcurdoy était Manager chez Capgemini sur les projets Achats. Il est diplômé de HEC.

Fabrice Bonneau a plus de 20 ans d’expérience des projets d’amélioration de la performance (réduction des coûts, réduction des stocks, amélioration du service) et de transformation de la Supply Chain, dans les secteurs de l’Industrie et de la Distribution. Il a également mené des missions de stratégie des opérations (gouvernance et organisation Supply Chain, stratégie de service, schéma industriel ou logistique) et de schéma directeur de systèmes d’information. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Fabrice Bonneau était membre du Comité de Direction chez Capgemini Consulting, en charge du secteur Manufacturing Distribution Retail. Auparavant, il était l’un des fondateurs de PEA Consulting. Fabrice Bonneau est diplômé des Ponts et Chaussées et agrégé de mathématiques. Il est par ailleurs Président du département Génie Industriel de l’Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées.

Aldric Vignon a acquis, en près de 20 ans, un savoir-faire unique autour des projets de transformation des Achats et de l’impact du digital sur les achats et les réseaux de fournisseurs. Aldric est intervenu dans de nombreux secteurs d’activité (Automobile, BTP, Aérospace, Défense, Services et Distribution). Au-delà des thèmes liés aux achats (stratégie famille, développement fournisseur, agilité des organisations, refonte des processus), il a développé une forte expertise autour des changements de modèles d’achats induits par la révolution digitale. Avant de rejoindre Argon & Co, Aldric Vignon a débuté sa carrière chez SAGEM en charge des approvisionnements puis des achats de sites industriels, était Business Manager chez Masaï, puis a pris la direction de la Practice de conseil en performance achat de BravoSolution. Yannick dirige notre expertise Développement durable. Il aide nos clients à faire du développement durable un avantage compétitif en bâtissant des transformations qui marchent. Il pratique la transformation durable depuis plus de 20 ans. Yannick a été cadre dirigeant dans la Grande distribution et le e-commerce : il a dirigé les activités Grande consommation d’Amazon en France et du Groupe Casino. Il a déployé des projets d’innovation à grande échelle pour améliorer la qualité de ce que l’on mange (ex. : être le premier distributeur à supprimer l’huile de palme des produits à marque propre) et pour réduire drastiquement l’empreinte carbone de nos courses alimentaires. Yannick a été entrepreneur : il a fait grandir une startup de préparations culinaires bio et veggie qui a été plusieurs fois primée pour son excellence durable. Il dispose également de 12 ans d’expérience du conseil : il a pratiqué la stratégie chez McKinsey & Company durant ses 7 premières années de carrière, et au sein de son propre cabinet de conseil en innovation alimentaire pendant 5 ans.
