Prior to joining Argon & Co, Jean-François was in charge of the Industry & Life Sciences sector at Capgemini Consulting, where he was also a member of the Board of Directors. Before that, he started in strategy consulting at CVA, then he co-founded Hemeria, a consulting firm specialising in operations performance, which later merged with Oliver Wyman. He is a graduate of SupAero and holds an MBA from HEC group..
With nearly 20 years’ experience of procurement transformation and competitive advantage projects in complex environments (including turnaround, reorganization, preparation for merger, integration), Christophe Durcudoy is a true specialist. Christophe has worked in a number of industries, including Aerospace, Defence, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Luxury Goods. His competitiveness strategy expertise covers procurement strategy, procurement cost-cutting plans, low-cost country development strategy, make or buy, organizational overhaul, and co-development with strategic suppliers. Before joining Argon & Co, Christophe was a Manager at Capgemini Consulting, where he consulted on procurement projects. He is as graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Paris, France.
Fabrice Bonneau has more than 20 years’ experience in performance improvement (cost-cutting, inventory reduction, service improvement), and supply chain transformation projects, in the Manufacturing and Retail sectors. He has also managed operational strategy (supply chain governance and organization, service strategy, manufacturing and logistics blueprint) and IT blueprint projects. Prior to joining Argon & Co, Fabrice was a board member at Capgemini Consulting, where he was head of the Manufacturing, Distribution & Retail practice. Before that, he co-founded PEA Consulting. He is a graduate of Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, France, and holds an “Aggrégation“ in Mathematics. He is also President of the Department of Industrial Engineering at Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, France.
Aldric Vignon has, after nearly 20 years of experience, a unique know-how around Procurement transformation and the impact of the digital wave on Procurement organisation and on the suppliers’ network. Aldric has worked for many industries such as Automotive, Building & Construction, Aerospace, Defence, Services and B2B Distribution. On top of procurement levers – category strategy and management, supplier development, organisation agility, process redesign – Aldric has developed a strong expertise around the new procurement models introduced by the digital revolution. Before joining Argon & Co, Aldric was procurement & sourcing manager for SAGEM, then Business Manager at Masaï, a consultancy dedicated to cost improvement programmes, and was the head of the Procurement Improvement Practice of BravoSolution. Aldric is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique and from Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées, France.
Bertrand Allard has 20 years’ experience in finance and support functions performance improvement. He has led many global transformation programs, mainly in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Services, Aerospace & Defense, and Telecommunications. His areas of expertise include shared services implementation and optimization, business process outsourcing, support functions transformation following acquisition or divestiture/carve-out, business process improvement of finance and administrative processes, and competitiveness programs with a focus on SG&A reduction and performance management. Before joining Argon & Co, Bertrand Allard was Vice-President at Capgemini Consulting where he led the Finance Transformation and Shared Services practice. Bertrand holds an MBA from Henley Business School, University of Reading, UK.
David Fernandez has over 15 years of expertise in operations transformation, particularly in the luxury, aerospace & defense, and MedTech sectors. He leads industrial performance projects, industrial planning practice transformation, and new product development projects throughout the entire transformation cycle, from strategic vision to implementation.
Previously, David worked at Louis Vuitton in Europe and the United States. His career then led him to OPEO, where, as Managing Director, he was responsible for launching the company’s Swiss office. David is a graduate of École des Ponts ParisTech and École Polytechnique in Madrid, and holds an Executive Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
In more than 17 years of consulting, Donatien has developed expertise in many supply chain areas: product development, purchasing, supply chain planning, merchandise planning, logistics, store optimization. Rich with a multi-sector experience, he has worked more particularly in recent years in the luxury, cosmetics, fashion and distribution sectors. As part of this professional career, he has spent 5 years as head of the supply chain department of the internal consulting department of a large luxury company. Donatien is a graduate of Centrale Paris.
Fabrice Corbière has over 20 years’ experience in Supply Chain consulting for the Aerospace, Automotive, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, and Luxury Goods sectors. He manages transformation projects from the strategic definition phase to the support phase, in areas including supply chain governance, cash flow/inventory/capacity planning, manufacturing and logistics blueprint, and logistics performance optimisation. Before joining Argon & Co, Fabrice was a Partner at PEA Consulting and then at Capgemini Consulting, where he was responsible for the Supply Chain practice. He is a graduate of École Centrale Paris, France.
Franck Kakal joined Argon & Co in 2010. He has experience in managing operations transformation programs and expertise in industrial planning and execution, particularly in the life sciences and dermo-cosmetics perfume industries. Involved from the diagnosis and framing phases, to the design and implementation of new processes and organizations, Franck contributes to developing Argon & Co’s offer to upstream supply chain operations and our presence in the life sciences industry. Franck is a graduate of Arts et Métiers Paris Tech, France.
François Durieux has over 15 years’ experience in operation performance consultancy. He works in the areas of supply chain (S&OP, production masterplan, DRP, scheduling, and inventory management), manufacturing (lean system, quality system, performance improvement) and maintenance (Pricing, Fleet Management, TAT reduction, Inventory Management), in the Aerospace-Defense, Capital Goods, and Consumer Goods sectors. Prior to joining Argon & Co, François was Head of Planning, EHS and Continuous Progress on a Pechiney site, then Manager at BearingPoint. He is a graduate of École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées, France, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and APICS.
Jean-Charles Redon a rejoint Argon & Co en janvier 2024 en tant que Partner du bureau de Paris. Before joining Argon & Co, Laurent was a partner at BearingPoint in the Retail & Consumer Goods team. He is a graduate of Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Paris, France, and Sciences-Po Paris, France.
Luigi Cirillo has over 15 years’ experience in supply chain transformation projects, in the Automotive, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, and Luxury Goods sectors. Luigi is a supply chain planning expert (forecasts, S&OP, DRP, deployment, production masterplan, scheduling, inventory management) who works on projects from the diagnostic phase, right through to their implementation. Before joining Argon & Co, he was a Manager at Capgemini Consulting. He is a graduate of LUISS Business School, Italy.
In 15 years as a Consultant, Mathieu de Nodrest has developed strong expertise in the fields of manufacturing and logistics strategy, supply chain planning, and logistics operations performance in the Automotive, Life Sciences, and Retail sectors. He has guided the Michelin group through a major transformation plan, from the preparation of entity service strategy, through to the implementation of new supply chain management processes and demand planning. Mathieu is a graduate of Mines ParisTech, France.
Nicolas Gellé has over 20 years’ experience in supply chain and logistics consulting. He manages supply chain transformation plans, performance plans (cost-cutting, working capital requirement improvement), and outsourcing projects in the Consumer Goods, Retail, Services, and Luxury Goods sectors. Before joining Argon & Co, Nicolas was responsible for manufacturing at Valtech Axelboss, which he co-founded. Previously, he worked at Moulinex as Supply Chain Director, and at Ouroumoff and CSC Peat Marwick. He is a graduate of École Centrale de Lille, France.
Having worked as a consultant for almost 20 years, Patrick Legris has developed strong expertise in supply chain and operations optimization for international companies. He has developed and implemented a number of significant performance improvement projects in the Manufacturing and Energy sectors. He has also managed major transformation projects, including industrial strategy, reorganization and merger/integration projects. Before joining Argon & Co, Patrick was Principal, specializing in industry, at Capgemini Consulting. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Agro ParisTech, France.
Renaud Texcier has 11 years’ experience in consulting. He works on SG&A competitiveness projects and in support and sales functions transformation (operating model, process optimization and digitalization, etc.). He is involved both upstream, in the diagnosis and framing phases, and in transformation projects. Before joining Argon & Co in 2017, Renaud spent 7 years as a consultant at Capgemini Consulting and one year as a freelance consultant in Montreal. He will notably contribute to the development of Argon & Co’s offer on the performance of support and sales functions. Renaud is a graduate of Arts et Métiers ParisTech and holds a specialized master’s degree from ESSEC.
Robin Cellard joined Argon & Co in 2025 as a Partner in the Paris office. With over 12 years of consulting experience and 5 years in operational roles (Quality, Production, Planning) at a leather goods workshop in the United States, Robin leads projects focused on industrial performance, planning practice transformation, and new product development.
He works in a wide range of sectors, including luxury goods, aeronautics, process industries, and pharmaceuticals.
Thierry Lucas has almost 20 years’ experience in supply chain and manufacturing consultancy in international environments, in the Aerospace, Automotive, Manufacturing, and Luxury Goods sectors. He manages transformation projects from the diagnostic and target identification phases through to their implementation across all supply chain processes (forecasts, S&OP, DRP, deployment, production masterplan, scheduling, supplier performance, and manufacturing and logistics performance). Prior to joining Argon & Co, Thierry was a Director at PEA Consulting, then at Capgemini Consulting. He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Agro ParisTech, France.
Yannick heads up Strategy and Sustainable Development at Argon & Co.
He has held senior positions in retail (Casino Group: Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Purchasing Officer) and e-commerce (Amazon, Director of Consumables). He has been an entrepreneur twice (food, consulting) and started his career at McKinsey & Company.
Yannick is a graduate of HEC Paris and the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS).
In operational performance consulting since 2011, Adrien has developed his expertise in upstream Supply Chain (S&OP, supply & industrial planning, inventory management), industrial strategy & performance (footprint, make-or-buy, operational excellence) and competitiveness programs. He has worked in small series industries (rail, aerospace & defense) and brings his knowledge of the aftermarket sector.
Prior to joining Argon & Co in 2015, Adrien worked at Accenture for 3 years. He graduated from Centrale Lyon.
A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Mines de Paris, Alexandre has 20 years of experience in supply chain management, both in consulting and operations.
He has worked with companies of various sizes, including Nestlé and L’Oréal, in head office and factory roles, both in France and internationally.
Alexandre has led transformation programs to improve operational performance, with a strong focus on team support.
He has also worked on supply chain and logistics projects at both the strategic level (operational planning, S&OP) and the operational level (crisis management, warehouse reorganization).
At Argon & Co, Alexandre contributes to the development of the Agri-Food offering.
Alexis Leturcq has spent over 20 years managing transformation projects in the Energy sector. These have included the opening of the market to competition, the development of smart grids, energy transition, and regulatory developments. His expertise includes organizational overhaul, process transformation, and the harmonization of IT systems in business-critical areas. Alexis holds a PhD.
A graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique and the Ecole des Mines de Paris, Antoine has 13 years of experience in Supply Chain transformation and optimisation projects in both Consulting and Operations. Antoine worked at Danone at the start of his professional career, and more recently at Fly as Supply Chain Director. He has also worked at Accenture. He is familiar with the distribution and PGC industry. Antoine has mainly worked on logistics subjects, in which he has strong expertise. He joins Argon & Co in order to contribute to strengthening the logistics offer, but also to develop areas of innovation, such as the use of Data Science in logistics.
Having spent almost 20 years in consultancy, Arnaud Meunier has managed numerous transformation projects, addressing manufacturing, supply chain and maintenance problems, in the Defense, Rail, and Process sectors. Prior to joining Argon & Co, he worked at Saint-Gobain in Manufacturing and R&D, then as a Consultant at Capgemini Consulting. Arnaud is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Mines ParisTech, France.
Benjamin joined Argon & Co after several years in operational roles at Renault in the after-sales supply chain. He has led numerous transformations, mainly in downstream supply chain, from diagnosis and strategy to concrete improvements in the field. He is an expert in service offering (strategy, implementation, reliability), customer service, the circular economy, and sustainable transformation. Benjamin also has extensive knowledge of the automotive and luxury goods sectors. He is a graduate of Mines ParisTech, where he is a regular lecturer. He is certified in several sustainability tools (green belt in climate change, etc.).
In more than 15 years of experience in Supply Chain & Operations consultancy, Benoît de Saint Victor has built a strong expertise around Supply Chain Planning (forecasting, DRP, deployment, inventory management, S&OP, production planning), as well as on service offers and industrial performance. He has worked for a wide range of clients from sectors including Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Agribusiness, Defense, Metalwork, and Transport, on both expertise & transformation projects. Benoît is a graduate of Ecole Nationale des Ponts & Chaussées ParisTech, France.
Carmela has over 30 years of experience in logistics, first in operations at a service provider and then in consulting. At Argon&Co, she has led numerous projects to improve operational performance in both transport and logistics in a variety of sectors, including distribution, consumer goods, manufacturing, logistics services, and luxury goods. Carmela has developed strong expertise in information systems, enabling her to support her clients in large-scale transformation projects, from defining the IS strategy to implementing the target.
After four years at Argon & Co between 2012 and 2016, Cécile held various operational positions at L’Oréal, including Customer Service & 3PL Manager and Supply & Demand Manager. In 2022, she returned to Argon & Co.
Throughout her career, she has acquired expertise in a wide range of issues, from logistics to supply chain and customer service, with a particular focus on the cosmetics, life sciences and out-of-home catering sectors.
Cecile graduated from ENSTA.
Christophe has been supporting companies in transforming their supply chains and operations internationally for over 20 years. He began his career at Baxter Healthcare, where he developed a strong understanding of operational challenges in the pharmaceutical industry. He works with large corporations and mid-sized companies across complex sectors such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, aerospace, and defense. Christophe designs and leads transformation programs that combine operational strategy, planning and execution excellence, organizational redesign, and the alignment of information systems with business priorities. He holds an MBA from ESSEC, is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified, APICS CPIM certified, and a Demand Driven Planner instructor.

With more than 15 years of consulting experience, Christophe specializes in enhancing the performance of support functions whether through strategic diagnostics, organizational design reviews, or process and digital transformation programs. He has deep expertise within finance departments, particularly in performance management and working capital optimization, and has supported the design and improvement of numerous internationally scoped Shared Service Centers. A dual graduate of EDHEC and EADA (Spain), Christophe joined Argon & Co in 2016, where he now contributes to the development of the firm’s Finance and SG&A offerings.

Damien has been with Argon & Co for nearly 15 years, where he has developed in-depth expertise in supply chain and logistics: operational diagnostics, master plans, flow and warehouse optimization, and site start-up. Convinced that operational transformation is the key lever for addressing sustainability challenges, he has been leading the firm’s sustainability offering for several years. In this capacity, he assists companies in defining and implementing decarbonization strategies (emissions reduction, low-carbon logistics, training, etc.) and in deploying circular economy models (second-hand goods, recycling channels, etc.).
Over the last 15 years, Eric Elkouby has developed strong expertise in purchasing optimisation and cost reduction. He has led several competitiveness plans in the Industry, Services, and Luxury Goods sectors. He has supported clients in sourcing strategies optimisation, assortment building, and product development optimisation, especially in the Retail sector. Eric Elkouby was a Manager at Capgemini Consulting before joining Argon & Co in 2012. Eric is an Engineering graduate of INP Grenoble, France and has a Masters degree from Paris Dauphine University, France.

Over the last 15 years at Argon & Co, Fabrice has developed a deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain optimisation. He has supported his clients in various value chain processes: sales forecasting, inventory reduction, customer service, supply and production planning, services and logistics strategy. He has also led several supply chain transformation programmes, particularly in the Food and Beverage sector. Fabrice graduated from Centrale Lille and TU München as an Engineer and has a Master’s degree from ESSEC Business School.

With over 15 years’ experience in operational excellence consulting, François Parizot has developed an expertise in logistics (master plans, warehouse and transport performance), supply planning (from S&OP to scheduling), as well as industrial strategy (master plans, make-or-buy and industrial performance). He has worked within the luxury and cosmetics, retail, and manufacturing industries. François continues to develop the manufacturing offer and participates in the internal team growth within Argon & Co. Before joining Argon & Co, François worked at Deloitte for eight years. He is a graduate of CentraleSupelec.
Frederic has 20 years’ experience in finance and support functions performance improvement. Frederic developed operational experience during his time as Director of Transformation within the Lagardère Active Group in addition to a solid consulting experience within Capgemini Consulting. Frederic has built up a recognized expertise in supporting corporates in the selection, design and implementation of Finance ERPs and Business Intelligence solutions. Frederic has advised large international corporates in the Industry and Service sectors. He is a graduate of the Universities of Grenoble and Glasgow.
Guilhem led Supply Chain transformation projects for several years before joining the IRIS by Argon & Co team as Data Project Manager. He manages the design, construction, deployment and execution phases of Data-based use cases applied to Supply Chain and Logistics (Business Intelligence, Machine Learning models, Enterprise Data platform, etc.).
Isabelle Hautant has over 15 years’ experience in consultancy and operational positions. Isabelle has developed expertise in the supply chain and logistics fields through managing numerous performance improvement projects in the Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Textiles, and Retail sectors. Prior to joining Argon & Co, Isabelle worked in the Methods Department at Hays Logistics (Kuehne et Nagel). She is a graduate of Arts et Métiers ParisTech, France.
Jean-Pierre Pellé has worked in consultancy for almost 20 years, on numerous competitive advantage, procurement performance, engineering efficiency, and programme management projects in the Manufacturing and Energy sectors. He has managed cost-cutting projects, the optimization of international organizations, the redefinition of procurement/supply processes, and engineering performance projects. Before joining Argon & Co, Jean-Pierre was a Head Consultant specializing in procurement practice at Capgemini Consulting. He is a graduate of Institut National des Sciences Appliquées, Lyon, France.
Jonathan has over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, both in consulting and in operations. He has developed strong expertise in supply planning, supporting clients with forecasting, S&OP, planning and execution, procurement, and inventory optimization across various industrial sectors, including luxury goods, aerospace and defense, small-batch manufacturing, rail, chemicals, and maintenance. Perrine Artigou, a graduate of CentraleSupélec, has over 15 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, both in consulting and in operations at Amazon.
She has developed strong expertise in logistics strategy, service design, distribution network optimization, performance improvement, and the implementation of transformation projects.
Perrine also specializes in forecast accuracy and inventory optimization.
She has extensive knowledge of the retail sector, including both mass and specialized distribution.
Sabine Cousin has 20 years’ experience in Change Management with a holistic approach engaging organizations, people, and management. Sabine has led many transformation programs in international settings in Aeronautics, Software, and Transport. With innovative approaches, she engages leadership teams and organizations as well as individuals and teams. Before joining Argon & Co, Sabine held HR Director positions in a SAP subsidiary and OFAJ. In 2014 she joined a French consulting firm pure player in Change Management. Sabine oversees the Change Management offer at Argon Consulting. She holds a law degree from the University of Heidelberg, Germany.
Safia Matouk has more than 15 years of experience in support functions transformation projects with a particular focus on the Human Resources function. She has a mixed career as an HR operational and as a consultant at Capgemini Consulting, where she spent 12 years. Her expertise in performance topics covers organisational redesign, post acquisition integration, Shared Services, outsourcing and digital transformation of HR services. Safia has worked in global contexts for large groups in the energy, industry, banking and services sectors. She has Master Degree in Business Management from Paris V University.
Thibaut Dyen has nearly 15 years of experience in operations, including 10 years in consulting. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in end-to-end supply chain issues (S&OP, forecasting, PDP, customer service, etc.), working primarily on international transformation programs in a variety of sectors (luxury goods, life sciences, dermo-cosmetics, manufacturing, etc.). Before joining Argon & Co, Thibaut worked at Nestlé, where he held various positions as a sales forecaster and production planner. Thomas Samsoen has 19 years’ experience in supply chain transformation and optimization projects in both consulting and operations. Thomas started his professional career as Supply Chain Project Manager, and finally as Store Operations Manager. He then moved to consulting at BearingPoint, before joining Argon & Co in 2011. During this time, he has worked on large transformation programs, particularly in the areas of downstream supply chain (Assortments, Forecasting, Procurement, Distribution, After-Sales Service), for which he has a strong expertise. He will rely on his transformation capabilities and business expertise to carry out transformation and value-added business analysis projects.
