We are delighted to announce that R&G Global Consultants (R&G) has become Argon & Co in the Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany, and has fully integrated into Argon & Co in the UK and France.
As a result, Argon & Co, the global management consultancy that specialises in operations strategy and transformation, now has in-market expertise from local consultants in the Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany, as well as enhanced capabilities in the UK and France. Having worked on significant projects with various Argon & Co clients over the past year, these R&G teams are now taking the next step to become Argon & Co.
To mark the occasion, Argon & Co has launched a new global service titled ‘Operational Performance’ that focuses on helping manufacturing organisations world-wide to address their biggest challenges and continuously improve their operational performance. The service covers areas such as increasing output with minimal capex, improving productivity, reducing lead-times, reducing quality defects, and implementing Six-Sigma, Lean and TPM.
