We are delighted to announce that R&G Global Consultants (R&G) has become Argon & Co in the Netherlands, Switzerland and Germany and has fully integrated into Argon & Co in the UK and France.
As a result, Argon & Co, the global management consultancy that specialises in operations strategy and transformation, now has in-market expertise from local consultants in the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Germany, as well as enhanced capabilities in the UK and France. Having worked on significant projects with various Argon & Co clients over the past year, these R&G teams are now taking the next step to becoming Argon & Co.
To mark the occasion, Argon & Co has launched a new global service titled ‘Operational Performance’ that focuses on helping manufacturing organizations worldwide to address their biggest challenges and continuously improve their operational performance. The service covers areas such as increasing output with minimal capex, improving productivity, reducing lead-times, reducing quality defects, and implementing Six-Sigma, Lean and TPM.
