Argon & Co, the global management consultancy that specialises in operations strategy and transformation, is changing its governance to support its growth, and announces the appointment of Jean-François Laget as Group Managing Director.
Jean-François joined Argon & Co in 2013 as a Partner in the Paris office and has been a member of the Executive Committee since 2018. With almost 30 years’ experience and an expansive career in consulting, Jean-François leads operations transformation and competitiveness programmes for clients, working across several industries, both in France and internationally, including Aerospace & Defence, Railways, Materials, Industry and Luxury Goods. He has already made a major contribution to the international expansion of the group, with six successive mergers including Crimson & Co, R&G Global Consultants and Pollen Consulting Group, as well as setting up cross-functional projects between the various offices.
