Global supply chain consultancy Crimson & Co is pleased to announce the appointment of Stuart Williamson as a Principal to address demand for business transformation advice at board level. He joins Crimson & Co from PwC where he was a senior director.

Stuart has over 20 years’ experience in leadership and cultural change management. In that time he has worked with a wide range of leadership teams in global organisations, helping them address complex growth challenges and implement large-scale change.

In his new role, Stuart will be responsible for providing the same level of innovative thinking and structured problem solving to Crimson & Co’s expanding client base. Board and C-level executives are increasingly looking for support to optimise business performance, covering leadership, strategic direction, and practical implementation.

Stuart commented: “Perceptions of the supply chain have shifted. In contrast to its purely operational beginnings, it now helps shape the focus and direction of a business, deliver strategic objectives, address people management and tackle digital innovation. This realisation has led to demand at board level for leadership and change management expertise coupled with deep operational experience. Crimson & Co embodies this mindset.”

Richard Powell, CEO of Crimson & Co, adds that Stuart’s experience will be a real asset: “Stuart’s knowledge and insight into change management at a senior leadership level is exceptional and will prove incredibly valuable for both new and existing clients as we help them transform their businesses.”
