Based in the Sydney office, David Ring boasts a rich background of over 15 years in the realms of supply chain, inventory management, and project management. Throughout his career journey, David has consistently brought his wealth of expertise to the table, steering the delivery of high-quality and sustainable transformation outcomes across diverse business landscapes. His proficiency extends seamlessly into transport and logistics solutions and procurement programs, underpinned by a proven track record of successfully executing projects spanning retail operations and end-to-end supply chain domains.

After steering the New Zealand business over the past few years, Chris Foord has emerged as a seasoned supply chain professional with extensive international experience throughout the value chain in the multinational retail and consumer goods industry. He excels in guiding operational transformation programs that comprehensively address infrastructure, people, processes, and systems across the end-to-end supply chain. Drawing from his senior roles at esteemed organizations such as The Warehouse Group, Fonterra, M&S, and Sainsbury’s, Chris brings a wealth of industry knowledge to the table.

Situated in the Melbourne office, James Lee brings forth a wealth of experience, with over 15 years leading supply chain transformations in both functional leadership and external consulting roles. His extensive expertise spans the FMCG and Retail industries across ANZ and the Asia Pacific, focusing on network design, end-to-end planning (including IBP), and eCommerce/digital operations. After several years in the industry, James recently rejoined our team, demonstrating ease in new business development across multiple service lines.
