We are delighted to share that Laura Magee, Associate Partner and Head of Transformation UK has been recognised as Change Consultant of the Year at last week’s Women in Change Awards 2025.

Laura heads up our UK transformation practice, bringing deep expertise in programme management, operating model design, and organisational change. Leading some of Argon & Co UK’s biggest transformation projects, Laura is well known for her structured, pragmatic approach deploying the full range of change transformation tools to ensure programmes are grounded in strategy, aligned with organisational goals, and generate real results.

Laura is a committed champion of diversity, equality, and inclusion, leading initiatives that promote openness and support across the business. Her influence extends beyond results, shaping culture and building strong, connected communities.
