Argon & Co, the global management consultancy specialising in operations strategy and transformation, is pleased to announce the full integration of Advyce & Company and PrexPartners under the Argon & Co brand. This milestone marks an important step in strengthening Argon & Co’s presence and capabilities across the DACH and Benelux region.
Advyce & Company, which joined Argon & Co in April 2025, is headquartered in Munich, with additional offices in Düsseldorf and Mannheim, and consultants based across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Founded in 2014, Advyce brings deep expertise across automotive, industrial, energy and utilities, and financial services.
PrexPartners, which joined Argon & Co in September 2024, is a leading procurement consultancy headquartered in Mönchengladbach, near Düsseldorf, with an additional office in Antwerp and consultants across Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. Established in 2012, PrexPartners is recognised for its expertise in procurement excellence, procurement-as-a-service and specialist procurement services.
Together, the integrated teams significantly broaden Argon & Co’s consulting offering across strategy, transformation, performance management & restructuring, operations excellence and procurement. The combined organisation offers a holistic, people-centred approach to solving clients’ challenges, supported by proven methodologies, cross-industry expertise and the scale required to drive transformation across the full value chain.
