Amanda will lead Argon & Co UK’s supply chain planning function, bringing with her two decades of experience leading complex, global transformation programmes across a range of industries. With a strong background in strategy, supply chain and operations, Amanda is a recognised expert in integrated business planning (IBP) / S&OP, supply chain innovation and new go-to-market models. Her track record of translating strategy into actionable and tangible results has made her a trusted advisor to clients seeking growth, efficiency and transformation.
