We are seeking professionals with supply chain experience to join as consultants with our team at Argon & Co, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to end-to-end supply chain operations
- Support the design and implementation of supply chain solutions, including:
- Network strategy and optimization
- Warehouse design and operational improvements
- Logistics and transportation planning
- Inventory and demand planning
- Manufacturing excellence
- Conduct time studies, process assessments, and benchmarking exercises
- Use proprietary and industry tools for solution development and modeling
- Prepare client-facing presentations and support delivery of recommendations
- Participate in global projects across various regions and sectors
- Contribute to internal tool development and capability building
- Travel to client sites as required
Must have
- Master’s degree (M.E./M.Tech/MBA)
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain consulting or industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Preferred Exposure – network modeling, supply chain planning and warehouse design
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Power BI, or supply chain modeling platforms (e.g., Llamasoft, Anylogistix, etc.) is a plus
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams
- Willing to travel Domestically or internationally
