Argon & Co is delighted to confirm the promotion of two new Partners.
With eyes firmly set on future growth, the development of internal talent at Argon & Co is integral to its continued success. The recent promotion of two new Partners demonstrates once again a commitment to developing the expertise of experienced and talented people.
These two most recent promotions adds a wealth of experience across Argon & Co’s operations, and particularly within its procurement services.
Accruing over 12 years in consultancy, James Bousher specialises in working on procurement and commercial programmes that often leverage technology. He first joined Argon & Co four years ago, jointly leading the team that was acquired from Ayming. Having acted as Finance Director for the UK business, James has been key to developing Argon & Co’s internal function. Going forward he will support the growth of Strategy and Transformation teams while continuing to drive the integration with Pebble/Argon & Co Ireland.
Lars de Boer joined Argon & Co in September 2024 along with PrexPartners, following his thirteen-year tenure with the business. Based in Antwerp, Lars works across the Netherlands and the UK and has spent the last eight years leading on cost improvement projects. He is currently responsible for the Procurement Improvement Business in the Netherlands, and has been a key figure across both delivery and sales. Lars has led projects across multiple industries, including waste-to-energy, packaging, food and pharmaceuticals, and is a specialist in sustainable CAPEX projects.
Speaking on the recent Partner promotions, Group Managing Partner, Jean-François Laget said, “I’m very pleased to welcome our two newly appointed Partners, whose considerable experience across our key functions will broaden our international capabilities even further. Developing internal talent is essential for our strategy to grow the Group in coming years, and these latest appointments shine a light on our shared ambition to be a leading global management consultancy.”
