We’ve been reading (and writing) about robots a lot lately. Partner Steve Mulaik recently wrote a white paper Getting Robots to Pay for Themselves, which you can download here. However, this story by Amazon is causing some buzz because an ExtremeTech article states that robots at Amazon can pack more than 600 packages per hour.
Former President & CEO of Walmart Discusses Their Growth
Here’s a WSJ article on the same topic, but we wanted to share a video of a news segment on CNBC. They cover it as well as the impact of tariffs. He talks about same-day and next-day shipping competitiveness (as well as “rising weights”) as well as price increases on things coming from China. He said, wages are strong and employment is strong.
