Postal rate increases could impact eCommerce
- In October we shared that the USPS was raising postal rates. While stamps for letters doesn’t necessarily impact us, the almost 6% increase in Priority certainly would. The USPS raising their rates recently got the President to jump in on the conversation. Here, Wall Street Journal’s Logistics Report shares what happened (including visual of the President’s Tweet) and gives a run down how that could impact Amazon.

- Did you read about the robot problem? Yesterday, The Guardian reports about the bear repellant accident that sent 24 workers in New Jersey to the hospital. It was surprising to learn that back in 2015 they had another incident with bear repellant as reported here by Wired. USA Today has a quick article on Amazon’s safety record.
