So, another cold week where we are (Atlanta) as well as around parts of the country where we travel and have projects going on right now. Atlanta is currently mostly shut down, schools close, side streets closed, highways open. It goes without saying but those delays are also noted at Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.
- So, Amazon has chosen a top 20 cities list out for it’s second headquarters. CNNtech reported, “Amazon said it evaluated each of the bids based on the criteria it previously outlined, such as proximity to a major airport, ability to attract tech talent and a suburban or urban area with more than 1 million people. In the coming months, the company said it will work with each of the locations to “dive deeper” into their proposals, obtain more information and evaluate how the city could accommodate Amazon’s hiring plans and benefit its workers and the local community.”

- Oh, read about this patent Walmart has on 3D imaging for online shoppers. It’s through a “Fresh Online Experience (FOE) system that would allow shoppers to see the actual produce they will purchase. The system involves an edible watermark on the produce that follows the items through to delivery.
