Our newly appointed Partners:
Guilhem Delorme – Paris, France
Guilhem brings over ten years of experience at Argon & Co, having joined as a consultant in 2016. He leads IRIS by Argon & Co in France, our specialist data and AI practice focused on operations. He supports clients in transforming their organisations and processes around custom Data and AI solutions, designed, built and deployed by the IRIS team. Guilhem also plays a key role in advancing Argon & Co’s AI capabilities and innovation. As a Partner, Guilhem will focus on scaling impactful AI programmes for clients and accelerating innovation globally with the IRIS team.
Felix Kong – Brisbane, Australia
Felix has quickly established himself as a leader in procurement and healthcare, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering tangible value for clients. As a newly appointed Partner, he will continue to scale our public sector, government and healthcare offerings across the Asia-Pacific region whilst strengthening procurement capabilities across the business.
Laura Magee – London, UK
Laura leads our Transformation practice in the UK and brings 18 years of consulting and industry experience. She is widely recognised for delivering large-scale, multi-stream transformation programmes that drive measurable outcomes for clients. She will continue to grow the transformation practice and strengthen our position as a trusted partner for complex change.
Oliver North – Sydney, Australia
Oliver specialises in manufacturing and business transformation, bringing over 11 years of consulting experience and a strong track record of delivering complex, high-value programmes. As a Partner, he will continue to drive growth across our strategic and manufacturing offerings.
Warren Proctor – Sydney, Australia
Warren has been a key driver of growth in manufacturing and transformation offerings and will continue to scale these globally in his role as Partner. He is also recognised for developing our proprietary manufacturing solutions, including MODE, a platform for operational performance management, and a partnership with Redzone, a system that drives real-time production efficiency on the shop floor.
Andreas Schwenzer – Hamburg, Germany
Andreas brings over 20 years of consulting and leadership experience, with deep expertise across the energy, utilities and commodities sector. Highly regarded for his ability to deliver complex transformation programmes, Andreas will continue to strengthen our position in the energy sector and expand capabilities across European markets.
Evert Westerhof – Melbourne, Australia
With almost two decades of experience, Evert leads our Engineering and Capital Projects offering across the Asia-Pacific region. As a newly appointed Partner, he will focus on scaling capital projects globally, expanding into new sectors, and developing our manufacturing capability.
