Senior managing economist for CBRE, Tim Savage, says the market is balanced and that industrial developers are able to respond quickly to the demand in many markets because warehouses for eCommerce are easy to construct. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.supplychain247.com\/article\/cbre_research_highlights_another_quarter_of_declining_u.s._industrial_real\/news\">Supply Chain 24\/7 had their own article about it here&#8230;<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>Help Wanted: Drivers<\/strong>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inboundlogistics.com\/cms\/article\/preparing-for-the-rough-road-ahead-taking-a-long-term-look-at-how-the-driver-shortage-is-affecting-ltl\/\">Inbound Logistics reported just yesterday that the American Trucking Associations (ATA)<\/a>, had expected a driver shortage of more than 50,000 at the end of 2017, but now it&#8217;s reported that the shortage could grow to 174,000 drivers by 2026.
