We&#8217;ve got some good reads for you to enjoy:<\/p>\n<p><strong>I.<\/strong>\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) \u00a0announced that it is seeking 25 candidates for appointment to the new <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.transportation.gov\/briefing-room\/us-department-transportation-seeking-nominations-national-advisory-committee-travel\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">National Advisory Committee on Travel and Tourism Infrastructure<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (NACTTI), which was established on June 1, 2016 and is planning to begin work in Fall 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>II.<\/strong>\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/pilotonline.com\/business\/ports-rail\/friday-may-be-the-y-k-of-the-shipping-industry\/article_8ac358ff-9b11-5d1e-b3c3-d414528374e7.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">new international maritime rule<\/span> <\/a>\u00a0began<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0on July 1st in Hampton Roads and around the globe.
