In November Argon & Co held its Winter Client Alumni at The Goring Hotel. Attended by clients from; Consumer products, Big pharma and wider Life Sciences, Retail, Packaging, Construction, Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics, Finance and systems, this event provided an opportunity to network and catch-up over pre-dinner drinks and engage with the guest speaker.
In an era where the supply chain is being considerably challenged, our guest speaker, Ian Truesdale, discussed this very topical issue and led the discussion with influences from Shakespeare, historical key events and influencers to the supply chain over the decades. We debated the challenges of the audience, with Ian concluding and drawing insights from one of his former roles where he led the development of the world’s first fully integrated digital and physical supply chain in a newly created ‘smart’ city in the Middle East.
