  • Jennifer Smith with WSJ reports that KeepTruckin – a technology based company for the trucking industry – raises millions to expand their product line and their company size by adding staff. The company said it’s worth $500 million, and expects to hit $100 million by the end of the year.
  • Remember that store purchase of Whole Foods by Amazon? Apparently some top managers have left the Whole Foods since it was acquired from Amazon last year and this is raising concerns among suppliers. The grocery’s main distributor, United Natural Foods reported an increase, their top suppliers have expressed concerns with the changes made to how the business is run and increasing fees. Suppliers are closely watching what is going to happen with the grocer.

As of September 8, 2020, Crimson & Co (formerly The Progress Group/TPG) has rebranded as Argon & Co following the successful merger with Argon Consulting in April 2018.
