Argon & Co, the global management consultancy specialising in operations strategy and transformation, is delighted to announce the opening of its new office in Malaysia.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, the new office represents the next step in Argon & Co’s strategy and long-term investment in Asia. This strengthens local capability in a new region, enabling Argon & Co to work even more closely with clients across Malaysia and the broader Southeast Asia market.
The Malaysia office will be led by Greg O’Shea, a seasoned supply chain leader with more than 30 years of experience across Asia, the US and Australia. Greg brings deep specialist knowledge across operations, strategy and transformation, with a strong track record of building high performing teams and delivering impact across complex regional markets. He is supported by a team of local experts drawn from key industries across Asia.

The investment builds on Argon & Co’s established Asia operations, broadening delivery capability and strengthening on-the-ground support.
