Mais cela ne se limite pas au domaine technique car les innovations portent aussi sur des aspects non technologiques comme les organisations et le marketing de l\u2019offre notamment via l\u2019ave\u0300nement de nouvelles solutions digitales. C\u2019est le cas pour 86% de ces entreprises industrielles.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, les dirigeants et les directions R&amp;D reconnaissent que bien re\u0301pondre aux besoins et aux attentes des clients reste une priorite\u0301 absolue dans leur strate\u0301gie. Cela conduit donc a\u0300 mieux comprendre ce qui fait la valeur pour le client final tout au long du cycle de vie des produits et des services. Ne\u0301anmoins, les entreprises restent concentre\u0301es sur les efforts de compe\u0301titivite\u0301. Les programmes de re\u0301duction des cou\u0302ts restent un objectif prioritaire pour plus de 80% d\u2019entre <span style=\"font-size: 0.9375rem;\">elles, a\u0300 tel point que le taux d\u2019investissement des entreprises est au plus haut depuis 10 ans en France.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 0.9375rem;\">Par le passe\u0301, les logiques d\u2019innovation ont parfois e\u0301te\u0301 supplante\u0301es par des re\u0301ductions massives de cou\u0302ts, plus se\u0301duisantes a\u0300 court terme du\u0302 aux impacts sur le compte de re\u0301sultat.
