Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e de l\u2019Ecole des Ponts ParisTech, Laure a rejoint Argon & Co en 2011 et a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une forte expertise dans le pilotage de larges programmes de transformation des op\u00e9rations en France et \u00e0 l\u2019international, notamment via ses exp\u00e9riences chez Michelin, Schlumberger, Fives et Sanofi. En intervenant depuis les phases de diagnostic et cadrage jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la conception et mise en \u0153uvre des nouveaux modes de fonctionnement, elle combine capacit\u00e9 de transformation et expertise m\u00e9tier dans les domaines Supply Chain et Field Services.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019expertise et les connaissances de Laure sont de v\u00e9ritables atouts pour Argon & Co. Elle a accompagn\u00e9 nombre de nos clients dans leur transformation op\u00e9rationnelle et se positionne en tant qu\u2019experte de la Supply Chain et des Field Services. Nous <\/em>sommes donc tr\u00e8s heureux de la promotion de Laure au poste de Directrice Associ\u00e9e qui va nous permettre de consolider notre positionnement de leader en transformation des op\u00e9rations. <\/em>\u00bb pr\u00e9cise Yvan Salamon, Pr\u00e9sident d\u2019Argon & Co.<\/p>\n

Laure a notamment contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 des projets de refonte des processus, organisations et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des Syst\u00e8mes d\u2019Information sur les volets Supply Chain (gestion de stock, pr\u00e9visions, S&OP, PDP, ordonnancement\u2026), Service Clients (strat\u00e9gie de service, gestion de la relation clients, SAV\u2026) et Logistique (sch\u00e9ma logistique, entreposage\u2026).<\/p>\n
