Les analytics repr\u00e9sentent une opportunit\u00e9 de (re)mettre la fonction RH en avant dans l\u2019entreprise lorsqu\u2019elles sont utilis\u00e9es \u00e0 bon escient. En effet, leur exploitation pourrait redonner de la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 et de la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 aux RH en apportant des solutions \u00e0 des probl\u00e9matiques prospectives op\u00e9rationnelles et strat\u00e9giques.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La gestion pr\u00e9visionnelle des emplois et des comp\u00e9tences se r\u00e9invente elle aussi gr\u00e2ce aux analytics. Elle fonde en effet ses recommandations sur l\u2019analyse pr\u00e9cise des donn\u00e9es collect\u00e9es via les syst\u00e8mes de l\u2019entreprise que le big data lui permet d\u00e9sormais d\u2019exploiter. Que ce soit pour piloter le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences, \u00e9valuer les besoins en recrutement ou encore identifier les facteurs de risques, les \u00e9quipes RH ont aujourd\u2019hui l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019intervenir de mani\u00e8re plus strat\u00e9gique en adoptant une approche proactive et non plus r\u00e9active. L\u2019alignement de l\u2019\u00e9volution des comp\u00e9tences avec la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019entreprise ou l\u2019anticipation de la disruption dans certains m\u00e9tiers en sont deux exemples.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Notre approche<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Argon &amp; Co a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">exp\u00e9rience de transformation RH renforc\u00e9e par des comp\u00e9tences analytiques.
