Cela passe par une rationalisation de ces processus, la suppression des activit\u00e9s \u00e0 faible valeur ajout\u00e9e, la standardisation, l\u2019industrialisation et l\u2019automatisation. Ces d\u00e9marches de BPI poursuivent l\u2019objectif plus global de transformer la culture d\u2019entreprise en instaurant, notamment, une approche syst\u00e9matique de chasse \u00e0 la non-valeur.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le process mining est devenu un outil essentiel dans cette qu\u00eate de performance. Il permet, d\u2019une part, d\u2019analyser un processus et d\u2019identifier son potentiel d\u2019optimisation. Il assure, d\u2019autre part, la bonne application des nouveaux modes op\u00e9ratoires.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les projets de<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> BPI <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sont le plus souvent conduits dans un contexte global, permettant, par exemple, de mener \u00e0 bien un projet de transformation (Shared Services, int\u00e9gration post-fusion, ERP). De mani\u00e8re moins fr\u00e9quente, ils peuvent \u00e9galement \u00eatre men\u00e9s dans une optique de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de gains \u00e0 une \u00e9chelle plus restreinte, qui ne n\u00e9cessite pas de changement d\u2019organisation ou de syst\u00e8mes d\u2019information.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La transformation ne constitue pas une fin en soi.
