Les plans de collection et les assortiments doivent \u00eatre \u00e9labor\u00e9s en gardant une vision globale des diff\u00e9rents canaux de distribution (r\u00e9seau physique, e-commerce, s-commerce\u2026) et en \u00e9tablissant des liens dynamiques entre assortiment, merchandising en magasin et pr\u00e9visions de vente. Enfin, les entreprises doivent \u00eatre agiles pour faire face et g\u00e9rer les variations de demandes\u00a0: cycles courts de r\u00e9approvisionnement, projection des stocks pour identifier au plus t\u00f4t les risques de rupture de stocks ou de surstock, data science pour l\u2019\u00e9valuation des potentiels de vente et algorithmes d\u2019optimisation pour les d\u00e9cisions de r\u00e9assorts ou transferts.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Notre approche<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Argon &amp;
