Celui-ci cr\u00e9e de la valeur \u00e0 condition de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes et aux usages des collaborateurs et des managers, aussi bien dans leur fa\u00e7on de travailler, d\u2019\u00e9changer, de collaborer que dans leur d\u00e9placement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L\u2019engagement et la motivation sont devenus centraux dans la performance de l\u2019entreprise.
