La sustainability am\u00e8ne le CFO \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper sur quatre dimensions : strat\u00e8ge, business partner, contr\u00f4leur et activiste. Pouvez-vous partager votre v\u00e9cu sur chacune de ces dimensions chez ManoMano ?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 jeune et en forte croissance comme ManoMano n\u00e9e en 2013, le CFO est l\u00e0 pour prendre des d\u00e9cisions qui engagent la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sur le moyen et le long terme. C\u2019est diff\u00e9rent de ce qu\u2019on peut vivre dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 plus \u00e9tablie, o\u00f9 le CFO am\u00e9liore des dispositifs d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9tablis. Cela offre une grande libert\u00e9, mais \u00e9galement une grande responsabilit\u00e9 : je joue donc en permanence un r\u00f4le de strat\u00e8ge. <\/span><\/p>\n

Sur la sustainability, je suis fier d\u2019avoir contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre l\u2019organisation en orbite : comment faire pivoter nos business models, nos offres ? Comment enrichir l\u2019information que nous donnons aux clients ? Comment mieux aider nos clients, particuliers et professionnels, \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des solutions durables, notamment sur les questions de r\u00e9novation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ? Mon r\u00f4le sur ces questions strat\u00e9giques consiste \u00e0 pousser l\u2019organisation vers l\u00e0 o\u00f9 nous pouvons avoir un impact significatif, par exemple en kilotonnes d\u2019\u00e9quivalent carbone.
\nEn qualit\u00e9 de business partner, je m\u2019assure que la finance soit au service des \u00e9quipes m\u00e9tiers et apporte de nouvelles expertises. L\u2019enjeu est particuli\u00e8rement important en ce moment sur les questions juridiques, avec la mise en place de la loi AGEC [\u2026].<\/span><\/p>\n
