Previous winners include Waterstones, Suzuki, Sky and John Lewis.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-801 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.argonandco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/SCE-award-logo-300x239.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"239\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.argonandco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/SCE-award-logo-300x239.png 300w, https:\/\/www.argonandco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/SCE-award-logo-400x318.png 400w, https:\/\/www.argonandco.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/SCE-award-logo.png 475w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>British energy firm Drax was in the middle of an unparalleled reform which is seeing it move towards a smarter, cleaner and more efficient energy industry. Drax and Crimson &amp; Co worked together to select and implement a major new Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) system, which was implemented with a 100% fit for purpose, under the original timeframe and under budget.<\/p>\n<p>The Strategy and Design award demonstrates an improvement in customer service and support through more effective management of the supply chain. With increasingly complex supply chains, businesses need to be able to assess multiple options to plot the course that maximises value for their business.
