Laura heads up our UK transformation practice, bringing deep expertise in programme management, operating model design, and organisational change. Leading some of Argon & Co UK\u2019s biggest transformation projects, Laura is well\u00a0known for her structured, pragmatic approach deploying the full range of change transformation tools to ensure programmes are grounded in strategy, aligned with organisational goals, and generate real results.<\/p>\n
