Working on behalf of private equity partners, we were asked to evaluate the potential scale of opportunity around the joint venture between two grocery retailers.<\/p>\n

A British online supermarket that describes itself as ‘the world’s largest dedicated online grocery retailer\u2019. The company has no chain of stores and does all home deliveries from its highly automated fulfilment centres.<\/p>\n

An American retail company founded 1883. It is the United States’ largest supermarket by revenue and the country\u2019s second-largest general retailer.<\/p>\n
