Einf\u00fchrung und Herausforderungen<\/b><\/h2>\n

Heutzutage ist die Erstellung eines strategischen Plans f\u00fcr jedes Unternehmen unerl\u00e4sslich. Der CEO ben\u00f6tigt eine Finanz- und Betriebsf\u00fchrungsstruktur, um den Fortschritt der Umsetzung des strategischen Plans zu bewerten und dessen finanzielle Auswirkungen zu messen. Der CFO ist als H\u00fcter der Unternehmensf\u00fchrung und der finanziellen Performance daf\u00fcr verantwortlich, diese Struktur im Namen des CEO und der Aktion\u00e4re zu \u00fcberwachen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Die Entwicklung dieser Steuerungsstruktur stellt den CFO vor zwei wesentliche Herausforderungen. Zum einen geht es darum, den strategischen Plan zu modellieren, die wichtigsten operativen und finanziellen Hebel zur Erreichung der strategischen Ziele herauszuarbeiten und KPIs zur Messung ihrer Fortschritte zu definieren. Zum anderen muss der CFO den Steuerungsprozess definieren und implementieren sowie eine starke Governance-Struktur aufbauen und unterst\u00fctzen, um die vielen Stakeholder in die Verantwortung zu nehmen und eine effektive Kommunikation der Ergebnisse sicherzustellen.<\/p>\n
