In diesem zunehmend anspruchsvollen Umfeld muss sich die Personalabteilung an Mitarbeiter mit unterschiedlichen Erwartungen und Motivationen anpassen und einen generations\u00fcbergreifenden Managementansatz verfolgen. Die Personalabteilung muss daher sicherstellen, dass ihre Organisation und ihre Aufgaben heute mit den Zielen von morgen im Einklang stehen. In diesem Zusammenhang sind die Weitergabe und Entwicklung des Wissens, des Know-hows und der Kompetenzen des Teams wichtige Themen f\u00fcr die Personalabteilung, um neuen Herausforderungen gerecht zu werden: Bereitstellung eines besseren Serviceniveaus sowohl f\u00fcr den Betrieb als auch f\u00fcr die Mitarbeiter bei gleichzeitiger Vorwegnahme und Begleitung von Ver\u00e4nderungen auf nachhaltige Weise.<\/span><\/p>\n
